Bancroft Youth Fishing Derby | July 2 2016

Kids and Cops Go Fishing During National Fishing Week
Children are getting their fishing gear ready for the Bancroft Youth Fishing Derby on Saturday July 2, 2016.
Hosted by the Bancroft District Fish & Game Protective Association, the event will begin at 9:00 am (registration starts at 8:30) and run until noon at the Baptiste Lake Marina. The event is free for kids which includes lunch. A barbeque lunch and award ceremony will follow the event at the Baptiste Lake Marina approximately 12:30 pm.
The derby is sponsored by Fishing Forever, a not-for-profit organization dedicated to funding worthwhile fishing, conservation and education projects.
